This monkey reminds me of Reece! Maybe it's the buzz hair cut, or the dark eyes….or the "I'm faster than you" look in his eyes! 
Grant is HEALTHY, active, walking/running/climbing, feeding himself, many words. Grant is already 5 1/2 and has been transferred to the older child institution. Hope someone will consider him!
